We want you to love your ALV Jewels pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and final sale items are non-returnable.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.
Package and Ship
Ensure all jewelry is placed back in its original ALV pouch or box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
